At SoLuna, we honor your time, our time, and the sacred rhythm of preparation that goes into every appointment. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policy: ✨ Cancellations & Reschedules - We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. - Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. - No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. 💫 Deposits - Select services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your total. - Deposits are non-transferable if canceled within 24 hours. 🌕 Grace & Emergencies We understand that life happens.
